Repair antenna
It happens frequently that your antennas are cut by the propellers (e.g. after a crash). To repair an antenna, all you need to do is to remove the shield protecting the antenna to leave the antenna wire exposed with a specific length, given by the following formula:
speed of light (in m/s) / freq (in Hz) / 4
where
- speed of light: 299,792,458 m/s
- freq: 2.4 GHz = 2,400,000,000 Hz
Applied to 2.4Ghz radio signal, it gives us:
299,792,458 / 2,400,000,000 / 4 = 0.03122838104 m = 31.23 mm
