Description
You can configure your radio to write a blackbox log file in RAM/flash to be read with blackbox explorer. It enables one to analyze the behavior of your motors and sensors.
Setup

On your radio, you will need to create a new AUX to enable/disable blackbox.

On Betaflight
Open Betaflight configurator and go to the Modes menu. From here, associate your AUX to the BLACKBOX item:
If your blackbox is full, you may need to first erase its content:
During flight
During the flight, enable the blackbox by activating the appropriate AUX (the one you have setup on your radio).
Note
Notice that a 14 seconds recording session resulted in a 700KB+ file.
Read blackbox
Get blackbox log file
From Betaflight configurator, go to Blackbox > Save to file. It will save a *.BFL file that can be read in Blackbox Explorer.
Analyze
- Download the Beta Blackbox Explorer application and start it.
- Open your *.BFL file
- Now you can analyze it:
